King's Pond was a happy place for Fr James, so it seemed fitting to visit there on the afternoon of 19th April after the funeral & do what he did, & what we do, i.e. take photographs.  Every one of our photos is a memory of him & his photos.  Robbie, Mr Swan, the comical close-ups of the Tufted Ducks.  

Another happy place for Fr James was Marwell & it was because of his photos of the animals there that we visited & loved it so much that we too became members.  We last visited on 27th February & haven't been back since his death.  No doubt when we do, more memories will come flooding back.

We loved how the sermon at his funeral ended, with the words that he would be taking photos round the pond "on an eternally sunny afternoon".
